Chery Group sold 139,172 vehicles in May, a year-on-year increase of 63%

On June 6, Chery Group announced the latest sales data. In May, Chery Holding Group sold 139,172 cars, a year-on-year increase of 63%. Monthly sales exceeded 100,000 units for 12 consecutive months. From January to May, Chery Group sold a total of 596,220 cars, a year-on-year increase of 61%.

Chery brandThe sales volume in May was 103,160 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 61.2%; the sales volume from January to May was 433,545 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 55.9%. Xingtu brand sold 7,612 vehicles in May, a year-on-year increase of 109.2%; from January to May, it sold 31,980 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 101.1%. Jietu brand sold 19,821 vehicles in May, a year-on-year increase of 72.1%; from January to May, it sold 90,774 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 97.3%. The group's Tiggo 8, Tiggo 7 and Jietu X70 contributed 17,219, 18,976 and 10,186 sales respectively in May.
